nick ribbens

is a Dutch producer, songwriter, musician and mixing engineer.

After studying drums at the Herman Brood Academy, playing with various artists throughout the country, and touring throughout China as a DJ he transitioned to producing music full-time.

He has written and produced Top 40-charting music for a variety of domestic and international artists including Maeve, BLØF, Barrett Crake, and two tracks on the gold-certified album “Onverstaanbaar” by Maan. 
Next to working as a producer, Nick is a member of the core team at Amsterdam’s Abbey Road Institute.
He works in both the fully analogue and digital domains, often making use of vintage instruments to impart character to his projects.

In 2022 Nick went on to co-found his own production house, named Thank You Good Night, in partnership with Maktub Media, Cloud 9, and Markant Studios.
